These terms govern your use of AACNC.ae and the purchase of products and services from Al Azhar CNC, a company registered in the UAE (Trade License 120920). By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Our products are professional industrial CNC spare parts intended for commercial and industrial use only. By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing in the course of a business or trade, and not as a consumer for personal/household use. You confirm you have the technical knowledge (or appropriate technician) to select, install, and operate these parts safely.
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a part is correct and compatible with their machine before ordering. As a free service, we will help verify compatibility on WhatsApp if you send a photo and machine details before purchase. Where an order is placed without requesting verification, or based on information provided by the buyer, AACNC is not responsible if the part turns out to be unsuitable. Specifications, images, and compatibility notes are provided as a guide only.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock, suspected fraud, or a pricing error — in which case any payment made will be refunded in full and our liability ends there.
The buyer must inspect goods at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or wrong item must be noted with the courier and reported to us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery, with photos/video. Claims for visible damage made after this period may not be accepted.
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and online payment (where enabled). For Cash on Delivery, full payment is due at the time of delivery. Title to the goods remains with AACNC until payment is received in full.
Where on-site installation, parameter setting, or testing is purchased as an optional service, it is scheduled and confirmed separately via WhatsApp and charged in addition to the product price. Our service covers fitting and configuring the supplied part only. AACNC is not responsible for pre-existing faults in your machine, wiring, software, or other components, nor for any fault that becomes apparent due to the existing condition of the machine. The customer is responsible for providing safe access and a safe working environment.
Products are covered only against manufacturing defects that make the item dead-on-arrival or faulty on delivery, as described in our Returns & Refund Policy. The warranty does not cover, and is voided by: incorrect or unprofessional installation, wiring errors, electrical surges or unstable power supply, water ingress, physical/impact damage, overloading, misuse, normal wear and tear, tampering, or repair/modification by anyone other than AACNC. Consumable items are not warranted beyond delivery condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, AACNC's total liability in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for that specific product or service. AACNC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss whatsoever, including but not limited to: machine downtime, loss of production, loss of profit, labour costs, damage to other machine components, or third-party claims, even if advised such loss was possible. Nothing in these terms removes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold AACNC harmless against any claim, loss, or damage arising from the buyer's misuse, incorrect installation, or unsafe operation of any product supplied.
AACNC is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, customs, transport disruption, or acts of government.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
