Check Power Supply to Controller
Confirm the controller is receiving 24V DC. The RichAuto display should show a logo or home screen on startup. If screen is blank, test the 24V power supply output with a multimeter — replace if reading <22V or >26V.
A20 series needs stable 24V ±10%. Voltage spikes from poor grounding are the #1 cause of controller resets in UAE machine shops.

Check the E-Stop Button & Wiring
The emergency stop button physically cuts controller power on most machines. Press and twist to release — make sure it's not locked in. Check the E-stop wiring at the controller's input terminal for loose connections.
